The Ways GOD Blows Me Away!

I am extremely excited to be releasing "how God Blows Me Away." So many times in life I can look back and recall an instance where I had no words to say (I know, hard to believe in itself!) because I was completely in awe of what God was doing in my life.

It is those storms that we think are too much to take on.

Those times when life kicks our butt, to be frank, when we sit in the middle and do not understand. Only to reflect and see how it was all aligned and brought back to perfection because God has something GOOD to come out of it.

The realization that you have FINALLY reached the point where you can acknowledge God as "Dad"

I remember when i was praying one night and my oldest son, Christopher, said to me - "When you pray, why are you calling him "Dad?"

At the time I guess I didnt realize I was doing it, but I came to a point a couple years ago when I wanted a more intimate relationship with God. I viewed God as Holy and on his thrown, but I wasnt getting personal. I needed desperately to get personal with the man that says he is my Heavenly Father. I didnt want that disconnect. I wanted to love him like my son loves me - like I loved my earthly dad. I needed more intimacy.

Do you view God like that?

Do you think he is too busy to watch after you? Encourage you? Hold you dear to him?

Truth is - he proved this way of thinking wrong. He sacrificed Jesus to prove this wrong.

So much was accomplished on the cross that day...I plan to discuss this later as well, but the biggest thing that was displayed was God's love for us "that he would give his only son"
