When you need a go-to memory to rejuvinate yourself - what are your power thoughts?

It is good to remember those good times. This time of year a lot of people are starting to lose their motivation on their goals because things just havent gone right so far this year.

You may have hit a snag or set back. You may have fallen into a slump at work. You may have just become lazy and said "oh forget it" - but wait please dont just forget it. You are putting off your best life! This is YOU! I will plead for you!

Look, everyone hits this wall. It sucks, hands down, it sucks! But you have to fight. You need to keep pushing because good things come to those who perservere and keep fighting.

Revisit your goals for this year.

How many are you still pursuing actively?

Stay focused and go back and remember the feelings you had when you were writing these goals. These are powerful feelings that you had when you were saying "I WANT TO DO..." or "I AM GOING TO ACCOMPLISH..."

Do you remember those feelings? Did you ever put emotion behind your goals in the first place?
