Just keep pushing

I want to apologize for not writing sooner in the week.

Life has thrown me some lemons and I hope I am making the most of these lemons to produce some lemonade. You see, I learned a long time ago, that even when life tends to be against you - like your pushing through the waves - sometimes its a blessing in disguise. I have come to look at hard times and obstacles through a different focus. Though I may get down or frustrated while in it - when I have my quiet time and sit myself down with just me and the Lord - I am always reminded that by pushing through I am getting stronger.

I am being refined for whatever purpose or reason I might have on this Earth. God will never leave you or forsake you. He never has for me.

We have seen, as a family, items break, sickness, financial crisis', emotional torment, and situations beyond our control that ultimately put us down (relationships, career obstacles, etc.) - but in the end a lesson can be had from each thing. More importantly - faith and trusting the Lord even in the storms.

Hold on to what is real - fight through the storms and eventually it will pass and the sun will shine brightly on your face.

I can't even begin to describe the highs, lows, and REALLY lows this past couple of weeks has brought to my family and I - but perserving and NEVER losing hold - we have seen the very hand, nature, and spirit of an almighty living God!

Its been incredible. I now understand the Psalm that states such things as "Praise him in the storm."

I am incredibly grateful for the Lord God Almighty and the people, resources, and experiences he has put in my path. Stay blessed - and no matter the storm strength or length - Jesus will hold your hand through it and pull you out!!!

Andrew
